How to change my password? To change your passowrd, logout, then, from the login page click on "forgot password", use the link received by email to reset it.
How to delete my account? To delete your account, on the App, click on your username at the bottom left corner, then on the profile tab click on "Delete your account"
Is my data secured? Every communication between our internal service and all databases is encrypted, and no billing information is retrieved by our system without your authorization. All connections to the providers' accounts are made in full compliance with their rules and security protocols. We only require a read-only access right to the providers' accounts and the customer can revoke the access at any time.
Where is my data stored? Our servers are Azure servers in the US
How to invite people to my team? To invite people to your team, click on your username at the bottom left corner, then on the "Organizations and teams" tab you are able to invite people. Please refer to the corresponding part of the documentation for more details.
